Hi! I'm Will, a 29 year old guy who has dealt with body issues his whole life. I've decided that I'm done bullshitting myself with excuses and procrastination. It's time for a change. This is where I'll be collecting all of my fitspo, inspiration, and whatever else I come across that might help me in my journey from fat boy to fit boy.

Start Weight: 250lbs
Current Weight: 227lbs
Goal Weight: Fit. Strong. Healthy.

Sucks.
I started at 250 and have gotten down to 230, which by no means is failure, but I’ve been stuck at this 230-231 area for 2 months now. It’s starting to bring me down as I’ve been doing weightlifting for months and Insanity for the last 4 weeks. I don’t see a body composition change (as in muscle instead of fat) and I can’t drop weight or body fat. It’s really starting to burden me mentally. Ugh.
