Sucks.
I started at 250 and have gotten down to 230, which by no means is failure, but I’ve been stuck at this 230-231 area for 2 months now. It’s starting to bring me down as I’ve been doing weightlifting for months and Insanity for the last 4 weeks. I don’t see a body composition change (as in muscle instead of fat) and I can’t drop weight or body fat. It’s really starting to burden me mentally. Ugh.
